@chronicallykiera: Proof of life lol a couple of days ago we figured out that I have sepsis from a hospital acquired infection of my Hickman central line. I've been on a series of different antibiotics to get my fevers down and was placed on PPN today to avoid going any longer without nutrition. If anyone has any tips for making that more tolerable that would be helpful, my veins are so shot. It's painful for me to run and I'm also allergic to something in the lipids (same problem with TPN) and my team is withholding my typical Benadryl regimen so unfortunately at this point it's spending more time paused than actually running. My line vacation is supposed to start tomorrow as IR has been slow to pulling my line because of scheduling conflicts. I've had absolutely zero pain management and my pain levels have been consistently sitting at an 8 or above, so most of the time my body has not been functioning enough for me to be up on my phone or communicating, so I'm continuing to do my best to get back to people when I'm able. I may or may not share more when I'm comfortable but I'm really just needing love and good vibes sent my way 🫶🏼 I love you all
