Although it’s not listed on the menu, I did confirm that the drink has espresso! If you aren’t familiar with banana cue, it is a popular Filipino street food made from deep-fried saba bananas coated in caramelized brown sugar and served on skewers, resembling a barbecue! I love that they make their own banana syrup using dark roasted bananas because it really gives the drink that deep fried banana flavor reminiscent of the snack! Wasn’t a fan of the ichigo matcha (which is a match blend so I have to try their single cultivar matchas next time!
