When I bought the house, they included an MRTA plan. I requested to remove the MRTA because I wanted to take an MLTA from outside, but they said this project requires MRTA and it cannot be removed. So now I have both MRTA and MLTA. Is there any chance I can cancel the MRTA now? I have already been paying the house loan for 3 months.
