I lucid dream too!! and when I cant control or end a dream I PANIC so bad. Oddly enough, 3 weeks ago I picked up the Bible for the first time ever & haven't had that happen since which is unheard of.

the lil kids u seen I think I seen them in my dream but I wasn’t in the woods I was at home in my dream and I called the lil gremlins bc they small n they all look different n they all have different faces and do different things but when they were in my dream they was like trying to suck out the energy of my family members and I had to scare them away n I had dreams like that a few times n I had to do the same thing everytime until I told my mom and she is a believer too of our savior Jesus Christ, but she told me my grandma, her mom, seen them lil kids/ lil gremlins in her dreams too

when I was growing up in thought everyone had lucid dreams and could control them.. but ive also always been an anxiety girlie (of course didnt know what anxiety was when i was in elementary school tho lol) so when I cant control them its normally a dream that is super scary or like real life tragic type stuff and it causes a panic attack in my sleep n that is what wakes me up. then i found out at 30 I have also had narcolepsy my entire life and that intensifies all of it.. so no wonder I wake up from sleeping feeling like ive ran a marathon or fought off a dragon lol

Grab them by the neck in your dream and say Jesus. Demons aren’t stronger than you. They can just scare you. Turn it around and chase them. Once it woke me up b4 I said Jesus and knew it was in the mirror. I broke it irl and I was left alone.
