Camera man has a right to sit there already if he wants to… it’s not up to the chief how long he’s takes to do his business. And if he didn’t want to be videoed or captured on camera, perhaps don’t apply for the job.. All cops should know the constitution backwards and forwards. There shouldn’t be a question on what a citizen has a right to do if they’re not breaking the law..
