As someone who's restored over 1,500 headlights this stuff only removes the yellow oxidation. It is a temporary solution for the discoloration but nothing else.

A light sanding is not gonna ruin your headlight especially if you don’t do it often, it’s the proper way to do it. Light sanding, buffing, polish, then ceramic coat. It’ll last 10X longer then whatever shitty product your pushing.

I always used off bug spray, spray it on and let it sit a couple minutes then wipe it and it looks good as new

sanding doesn't cause cracks. after sanding use UV resistant clear coat. it will last 20+ years

a liquid like that wouldn't fix the headlights having physical abrasion from wind resistance. and any that could would do so by chemically softening up the plastic would not give clear plastic
