I have constant tinnitus in left ear and intermittent tinnitus in right ear... Diagnosed with Menieres by an ENT but neuro thinks it's my Chronic Vestibular Migraines.

I had a migraine for 2 days (dr hasn’t called in my nurtec) and when I have the “migraine hangover” my ear will feel full of pressure when I wake up and then be extremely sound sensitive!! It drives me nuts happening rn

Tinnitus is common with pots too, it use to be so loud it would wake me up at night 🫠
