I bought a home through the NACA program . All that this lady talked about is the truth. It takes discipline, NACA is making sure you don’t default on the mortgage in a few months or the first year after getting the home. Where else can you get a conventional loan w/o 20% down? Most things in life worth having takes discipline and patience, these are some of the things I learnt from them. Anyone in Los Angeles have any questions about NACA can ask me. I told a friend about the program and, he got a home through NACA. If you are not willing to put in the time and effort for you and your love ones future leave it alone.

my experience with NACA was not good 😐 my credit score is great but they seemed to give me the run around from switching counselors too many times, had me file back taxes for a year that I didn't need to, doing all the steps, letters, all the explanations about money in my bank that wasnt from my job, where was my money going and forms. giving the run around about my employer then the counselor never contacted me back. it took 2years and nothing 😳

I bought my house with the first time home buyer got $10,500, I requested the seller place the closing cost $8k and I put down $7k I don’t trust NACA no sorry!

I did not have a great experience with NACA. My credit was ok and I had savings in my account but the councilor just bluntly told me I need a better job. No other explanation felt insulted

With NACA you do have to explain everything that is on your credit for the last 12 months. It’s best to try to get as much off as you can
