@lailaspantry: How to make a perfect French omelette!!! I got a lot of messages post the scrambled egg tutorial to do an omelette one, and it’s actually so similar to scrambled eggs up until the point that you have to fold it. A perfect French omelette has no color on the outside, is creamy and slightly runny on the inside, and totally decadent and buttery. I don’t do it quite as often as scrambled eggs as it’s a bit more finicky, but once you get the hang of it (and a good non stick pan!), it’s actually quite easy. Hope this helps! This whole time I’ve been making French omelette 🥰 It’s just the cheese selection in my country that is quite limited (& expensive as well 🥲)

I made scrambled eggs on a sandwich for the first time after your video and it tasted like I was back in New York eating a bacon egg and cheese😩

oooh this is so interesting cuz i was taught in culinary school that you have to stir aggressively when the egg hits the pan. Tiny curds. Let it sit and let the base cook and then start rolling it. Never done it this way buttt I can see myself enjoying the texture better this way

I LOVE a runny soft boiled or fried egg, but for some reason, I have to have my scrambled and omelette a little drier, but your omelette looked delicious- I may just have to try again 😁

I usually lift the side of the pan and use a spatula to push the eggs toward the middle rather than keeping them flat works really well. Nice and fluffy omelette 🇨🇭 baveuse 😘. High heat to start with and then turn down
