This is ridiculous. I sent the email that was advised in 2024. They just keep pushing the date. I’m not even sure if they will email me again.

I was going to buy my wife a brand new Toyota Yaris with cash but the sales person sold it to me though a 0% finance deal. At the end of them I paid off the final balloon payment to Own the car out right. The sales person said just keep your funds in savings account earning interest. What I did ran a little interest. But I’m interested in is this because the sales person has earnt a commission even though it was 0% deal ?

Yes I put mine in as soon as Martin Lewis told us too with black horse just keep getting an email and one letter to say they have found something but still waiting.

I first made a “complaint” as far back as of winter 2022 when I saw company saying you could get money back. I applied through them, had some communication over a few years but has been quiet of late. Would I still be eligible for the redress scheme?

Confused…. Ford said I haven’t been miss sold but I don’t believe them. Barclay card said I wasn’t owned any interest etc after challenging them 3 times I was paid back over £5k!! Hence why I now don’t believe Ford…. What do I do?

If you had a contract for 3-5 years, i doubt the “extra commission” would have equated to £700, would be way more (plus interest)!!

Well that was a waste of time. I filled out the form, when it comes to add the date the finance was, this part is optional. Because I can’t remember the date I go it, I can’t move forward with the claim. If it is down as optional then why can’t I proceed

I’ve downloaded it today out of the 5 agreements I had only one of the company’s had a link on their website to complain ! They are obviously make it difficult to stall making payments the company is advantage (even though they say they don’t have commission) and Northridge finance is the other !
