Ingredients • 1 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed) • 2 tbsp almond butter • 1 scoop vegan protein powder • 2 tbsp agave • 4 tbsp oats • Handful dark chocolate chunks Method Blend oats into oat flour Blend chickpeas, almond butter, protein powder and agave until smooth and cookie-dough like. Stir in oats and chopped dark chocolate. If the mixture feels too thick add a splash of water, if it’s too sticky add a little more oats. Roll into small balls and chill in the fridge for about 20 minutes to firm up. High protein snacks like this keep you fuller for longer and make it easier to stay lean while still having something sweet.
