We had a terrible experience a few weeks ago. Trying to find a suitable for a funeral. The response I got from TipTop after a bad review said to email customer service to give them more info. I did and have not heard a word back from them. My husband buys his work wardrobe from this store but we’re considering going to Moores going forward.

if anyone needs a yellow tie don't bother here. Went to Tip Top on two separate occasions and they just don't stock yellow ties. I get people might not buy it as frequently as the other colors, but I think it's strange to simply not stock yellow.
