@noorbakesss: If you love cinnamon rolls, you’ll love these cookies 💌🍪 Recipe below!👇🏼 🤎 Ingredients: Cookies * 370g plain flour * 2 tsp cream of tartar * 1 tsp baking soda * 3 tsp ground cinnamon * ½ tsp salt * 220g unsalted butter, softened * 260g granulated sugar * 1 large egg + 1 large egg yolk * 2 tsp vanilla extract Cinnamon Sugar Coating * 70g granulated sugar * 2 tsp ground cinnamon Cream Cheese Topping * 180g cream cheese * 115g double cream * 90g icing sugar * 1 tsp vanilla extract 🤎 Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line baking trays with parchment paper. 2. Beat the butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy. 3. Mix in the egg, egg yolk and vanilla extract until smooth. 4. Add the plain flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, ground cinnamon and salt, and mix until a soft dough forms. 5. In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon for the coating. 6. Roll the dough into 65g balls and roll each ball in the cinnamon sugar mixture. 7. Place on the trays, flattern slightly and bake for 10 minutes. Leave to cool completely. 8. Beat the cream cheese, double cream, icing sugar and vanilla extract together until thickened.
