Anything that restricts brushes like that ruines the shape and direction of the bristles assuming the brush is brand new. If it is used the bag will trap moisture and will be the perfect environment for bacterial growth. If you suddenly notice an acne flare up it because you do this. Also i hope you dont do makeup on others
