I used one the second I found out 🤣 I was only about 3 weeks. I wanted one before I was pregnant so I took my opportunity and RAN with it

I started using it around 11 and 12 weeks. I didn’t have a bump but my logic was I wanted to get used to it before I had a bump. It did take me a week or so to get used to it and by the time I did, I even got a bump, so yeah, I’d get some practice in first.

I got mine when I worked out the bloating made it uncomfortable on my right side and I don’t sleep on my left side but I’d wake up so uncomfortable if I slept on my right side so I just used it force myself on my left side

I’m nearly 17 weeks and I use it now, my legs are painful I hear clicking when I turn over in the night, only way I can sleep is with a pillow 😂xx
