Honestly I think there would actually be something charming about living in such a unique and cozy space…if it cost $400 a month or less. $2700 a month for an apartment even a hobbit could barely live in is insane.

People saying they’ve seen much worse are missing the point. This is obscenely overpriced for the amount of space you’re getting. You also have basically zero counter space and cabinets for the kitchen.
