Thuringer Rostbratwurst; Koenigsberger Klopse; Kassler; Kesselfleisch mit Meerrettichsahnesauce; Rehbraten; Gulaschsuppe; Kartoffelsuppe (1,000 varieties); Schwarzwalderkirchtorte; Stollen; Guehwein mit Schuss; und Bier nach dem Reinheitsgebot!!!

On the 1850's Sam German invented a type of sweet chocolate called German's Sweet Chocolate. A hundred years later a woman in Dallas Texas invented a cake using it and called it German's chocolate cake after the type of chocolate she used. Eventually the 's was dropped and it became German chocolate cake.

Aaaah, Bierocks are literally Piroggen. I was a bit confused, because it sounded so much like the things you see at the Russian part of the menu in more international restaurants. 😅 And yep, Wiki says they literally just misheard the name and stuck with it.
