I am teaching you how to manage what has changed, not mourn what has ended. What once came easily now requires intention; what once flowed freely now demands stewardship. This is not resistance; it is growth. I am stretching your capacity so that you do not mishandle what I have entrusted to you. Elevation without management leads to exhaustion, but preparation produces longevity. You are learning that every new season requires new habits, new boundaries, and new disciplines. I am calling you to adjust your pace, sharpen your priorities, and protect your peace. You cannot carry old patterns into new assignments. What worked then will not work now, and that is not failure; it is instruction. Obedience in this season will require restraint as much as action. There will be moments when you feel unsure, when the unfamiliar feels heavier than expected. In those moments, resist the urge to rush or retreat. You are not late, lost, or unqualified.
