personally I connect my phone to a pair of Bluetooth earbuds with physical buttons, then hide the earphone in my hand and click the button on my earbud with the camera app on, you're welcome

I commented on ur other video but you should try the app lens buddy it’s an absolute lifesaver I’ve been using it since 2021 and I’ve never gone back you can adjust the settings to where it will take hundreds of photos in seconds completely hands free!!
