The Yellow wallpaper is so good. For some reason a long time ago my teenage son read it and kept talking about it so I was like fine I’ll read it. We had so many really deep conversation about it.

I actually found Giovanni's Room a slow read, Baldwin's writing and the emotions strung into every line made me really stop and feel them. I think I've read 700+ page books quicker than it!
