I feel like everyone raves about Tuesdays with Morrie but sleep on the five people you meet in heaven.

Have you read I Who Have Never Known Men? That's a story that will stick with me forever and is about the same length as the last book on your list.

The Yellow wallpaper is so good. For some reason a long time ago my teenage son read it and kept talking about it so I was like fine I’ll read it. We had so many really deep conversation about it.

Loved Tuesday’s with Morrie. I think Five People You Meet in Heaven is Mitch’s best work.

I actually found Giovanni's Room a slow read, Baldwin's writing and the emotions strung into every line made me really stop and feel them. I think I've read 700+ page books quicker than it!
