Small little tip. … i think your going for a power clean and if so it’s really important to keep that bar as close to your legs and possible and making fulllllll contact at your top thigh/hip in a thrust motion.

try loosening your grip on the bar. I did these a lot in college, grabbing with three fingers allows the bar to snap and rest on your wrist then you can grip to explode up.

I watched a lot of YouTube videos when I was fiirst learning, you are definitely strong enough to do it but you need to protect your wrist, when the bar gets to your hips thrust it forward and get your elbows UP the bar should rest on your collar bones your fingers are barely holding the bar
