What form of estrogen are you on?? And if you don’t mind what dose patch?? I’m 46 and I’ve used progesterone cream and testosterone cream for 5 years and done great until about 2 months ago and it’s like I completely crashed and I’m talking about bone dead fatigue barely making it through the day. My dr just put me on estrogen cream and I’m still crashing like 2 hours after applying so I think I need the patch.
