If you want, just do sock girls, they take like a second. You bite it in your mouth and then twirl it around your hair until the end of the sock and then just put a thing in your mouth in the sock and then wipe it up.

Hello beautiful community! I have a question, ladies. If my hair is dry from the mid-lengths to the ends and oily at the roots, and I've bleached it several times and a month ago I covered it with my natural color, should I use a moisturizing hair care line or a repairing hair care line? Or should I buy both lines and alternate between washes? I've noticed that when I use my Dove Intense Repair shampoo, my hair automatically gets extremely frizzy and feels heavy and like straw. I put the shampoo in the water (when I'm showering), I use a rinse-out shampoo, and then I apply Dove conditioner to my hair, and it's fine. But every time I use Dove shampoo, my hair gets frizzy. A friend told me that this happens when the hair has excess protein and that having a lot of protein isn't the same as having hydration. She said that if I bought a repair shampoo, I would damage my hair even more because my hair already has protein and I need a hydrating shampoo. I'm confused because I don't know much about hair. Could you please help me?❤️🙏🏻

Guys I need help 🥺 I did the whole routine for the first time yesterday. Sooo if u look closely, the lenghts have almost no breaking spots / spliss left and the hair feels soft. BUT IT LOOKS HORRIBLE. Its extremely frizzy, dull and dry and my lenghts are almost see through 😭😭😭 where did i go wrong

I used to use a wired silk rod and I would do it kinda in a different way basically going from the back idk how to explain my hair isn’t long anymore thanks to me damaging it but I would go from the bottom so I placed the rod behind my neck if that makes sense and I would pick up a bit at a time kind of like box braids and then kind of just weave it over and it turned out amazing

same as wearing a bonnet if u wear the sewed part on ur actual hair line it will rub and cause traction alopecia. pull it all the way down.
