@rachftm: I’m sorry but how do we go from spending every day with our babies to then having to hand them over to somebody else 😢 A hill I will always die on is that maternity leave should be 12 months full pay. It is absolutely breaking my heart that I have to return to work at 38 hours a week just to be able to still have a life for us.
