People recommending this product are clearly not checking the drug interactions. When I looked up each of these ingredients they all have common drug interactions. So yeah if you’re not taking any meds then great go for it. But if you’re taking any medication you need to check for drug interactions and check with your doctors. I would love to take it but I’m on a couple of different medications that would directly have interactions. Just do your own research on any supplements you take. The same goes for magnesium supplements. If you’re not on any medications it’s probably very safe.

I thought it was just me. I LOVE jolly rancher chews. I put one in my mouth today and thought the one I ate was sour. Didn’t taste right. I ate another one and realized they are nasty now 😩

Does this just make u not want sweets and eating all the time? I don't eat a lot and not a lot of sweets. I just want to lose weight in my belly area. Does this help your metabolism? I eat once a day normally with som snacking later.
