Also your joints start to feel like your face looks! Im sorry girlie. hang in there! usually when you have 1 autoimmune/neurological disease you get more like Pokémon catch them all!

true MCAS is a severe, multi-system disorder, not a localized skin reaction.

Try turning the water to cold for the final rinse in the shower. I don't know why but it seems to help.

Here is a quick guide kung bakit at kailan mo dapat inumin ang mga supplements na binanggit ko sa video, lalo na kung nasa 40s ka na or may PCOS at gusto mong pumayat👇 Morning Supplements * Vitamin D3: As we age, our bodies become less efficient at producing Vitamin D. Importante ito for bone health, immune support, at energy natin buong araw. * B-Complex: The ultimate energy booster! Makakatulong ito sa metabolism at para hindi ka laging antukin sa gitna ng araw. * Omega-3 Fish Oil: Ito ang magpapababa ng inflammation sa katawan mo. Kung may PCOS ka, this is a must for balancing hormones and supporting heart and brain health. * Iron with Vitamin C: Lalo na kung madali kang mapagod o may heavy periods. The Vitamin C helps your body absorb the Iron much better. * Evening Supplements * Magnesium Glycinate: This is your best friend for sleep and muscle recovery. Nakakatulong ito para ma-relax ang katawan mo, mabawasan ang stress, at para mas malalim ang tulog mo, which is crucial para sa fat loss. * Myo-Inositol: The holy grail for PCOS! This specifically targets insulin resistance, helping your body process carbs better and reducing those intense sugar cravings at night. * Zinc: Support for your immune system and helps regulate your hormones while you sleep. Remember, supplements are just add-ons sa diet mo. Kahit anong supplement ang inumin mo, hindi ito mag-work kung puro ka puyat, hindi tama ang kinakain mo, at wala kang maayos na calorie deficit. The foundation will always be a well-balanced nutrition plan. Kung pagod ka na sa kaka DIY and trial and error kung ano ang dapat inumin at kainin para pumayat nang nakakin mo pa din yung gusto mo.
