The truth is once I started eating whole foods with high protein, healthy fats, and whole food carbs my cravings basically disappeared. My first meal is always high protein. Eggs keep me full for hours. I eat two big satisfying meals a day so I’m not constantly reaching for snacks or sweets. I get you not liking rice and why you choose not to, but to say it doesn't have any nutritional profile is misleading. Rice actually is rich in fiber and has 15 minerals including, b vitamins, magnesium, iron, and selenium.

yup I adapted this approach too. 3 meals or sometimes 2 big meals from 12pm onwards. I get snackish I eat fruits. tons of bananas oranges and watermelon sometimes crackers. I lift 5 times a week the other 2 days do lighter cardio or walking. weight has gone down by a few lbs but I have lost 13 inches all over my body in less than 4 weeks. I think its best to cut out processed sugar altogether!
