My period is regular until I take any magnesium supplement then it throws it off. But magnesium is supposed to help with PMDD would cited be better or similar to magnesium?

Is it normal for me to make me feel like ASS the first cycle? I’m so tired and feel like I have a hormone hangover (in my luteal now). Libido was insane tho during follicular. I have one ovary and regular period. Not always sure if I’m ovulating
