Recipe:
Mix in a large bowl:
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup milk
- 1 triple zero vanilla oikos Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup of vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp of honey
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1.5 tbsp of vanilla instant pudding mix
Place in fridge overnight (or at least 4 hours)
When ready to serve assemble jars/bowl with oats on bottom, layer of sliced bananas, another layer of oats and top with bananas and a dollop of whipped cream. Can even add crushed Nilla Wafers. Makes 3 servings.
