This is the most optimal for muscle growth and had me seeing major progress in just 3 months. 3️⃣ Drinking a gallon of water a day- While taking creatine, you need to make sure your body has enough water. Drinking a gallon a day will help the creatine work more effectively and will help with muscle recovery. 4️⃣ Liquid calories- Hitting your protein and calories in a protein shake is a very effective and easy way to hit your macros. You can load shakes with lots of ingredients and have a much easier time getting it down compared to solid foods. 5️⃣ Consistency- Last but not least consistency. Consistency is the key factor for progress. At the end of the day, to meet your goals, you have to have a consistent diet and train consistently.
