I Learned That Seniority Sub seeds Company Rules. Our Supervisor Basically Ran The Facility Because She Had Been There Longer Than Management, So Instead Of Management Coming In And Managing They Just Kind Of Went Along With What’s Been Going On For 20 Plus Years Which Places The Supervisors Above Management. So Going To Management Was Pointless They Always Sided With Seniority . Less Work . Tons Of Drama .

My first and baddest manager was myself, I beat myself up all the time when I mess up and that feeling I allowed created and reflected more anxiety in my future dealings which created even more mess. I forgive myself and try to calm down and learn. Thanks for the opportunity Miss Kelly.
