I instantly knew when you said there’s an ingredient that we won’t like that it had to be mayonnaise, but it’s not really that weird anymore, right? Mayonnaise chocolate cakes are pretty common these days!

I have a banana bread recipe that uses mayo as the secret ingredient and I promise you it’s the best. Mayo in chocolate cakes has been going on for years. It’s oil and eggs plus a little vinegar. The first two ingredients are normal in baked goods. Vinegar reacts with leavened like baking soda in good ways.

GUYS HELP, im havign guests tomorrow, if i use a mix of granulated sugar and powdered sugar would it still work??? Taste wise, because i know you mix sugar and eggs till the sugar dissolved
