I feel like in the shower , the running water on your skin and the atmosphere inherently calms you down too, your brain can focus on the sensation and the heat , and not on the pain.

I really wish there was an easier way for endo to be diagnosed!!! It frustrates me so much to know we are so behind when it comes to feminine health, and I find it crazy that we cannot see endometriosis through an ultrasound still. I really hope that we can find an easier way to diagnosis and find endometriosis early on, as it can truly change a persons life to be diagnosed with it. It’s crazy to me that we have not figured out a process of diagnoses.
