Ugly in nature and ugly in aesthetics and I’m not gonna sit here and pretend it isn’t. It takes and takes. It takes your energy, your emotional and physical wellbeing, your hair, the life and collagen in your skin, the brightness in your eyes, the whiteness of your teeth, your body, mind, spirit… That is all. No positive spin today.
