Measure from your shoulder to right at your hip area! Also I’ll add I have an a cup. It doesn’t move out of place when bending over! Score!!! I think it still has even more stretch if needed. I’m a mommy of 4 so it hides where my one c section scar pooch is 🫶🏼

i am 145. 5'7 and i have a 29 inch torso. (measure from crotch bottom to shoulder top) the medium is a disaster. i need a large. the medium was so tight it made my butt look horrible and my breasts flat. the rushing wouldnt spread because it stayed stuck in the middle of my waist. i just ordered mine a week ago. for anyones info.
