INGREDIENTS Chicken: Chicken breast, 3 pieces (~450 g / 1 lb total), cut into tenders Salt, to taste Black pepper, 1 tsp (2 g) Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (8 g) Onion powder, 1 tbsp (8 g) Red chili powder, 1 tsp (2 g) Red chili flakes, 1 tsp (1 g) Olive oil, 2 tbsp (30 g), for cooking Spicy Yogurt Sauce: Plain Greek yogurt, 200 g (¾ cup) Salt, to taste Black pepper, ½ tsp (1 g) Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (8 g) Onion powder, 1 tbsp (8 g) Red chili powder, 1 tsp (2 g) Red chili flakes, 1 tsp (1 g) Olive oil, 2 tbsp (30 g) Roasted Potatoes: Frozen potato wedges, 500 g (approx. 1 lb) Salt, to taste Black pepper, 1 tsp (2 g) Garlic powder, 1 tsp (2 g) Onion powder, 1 tsp (2 g) Red chili powder, ½ tsp (1 g) Olive oil, 1½ tbsp (20 g) Side Veggies: Cucumber, 100 g (½ medium) Cherry tomatoes, 75 g (½ cup), halved COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Start by preparing the chicken. Clean and pat dry the chicken breasts, then cut them into tenders. In a small bowl, combine salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, red chili powder, and red chili flakes. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked through. For the spicy yogurt sauce, whisk together the Greek yogurt, olive oil, salt, and the same spice mix used for the chicken. Stir until smooth and refrigerate until serving.
