it's because of the hip the sciatica gets caught and swollen unless sciatic nerve there are stretches you can do on YouTube that will relieve it I had it really bad and that's what I did stretch it everyday now went away

I’ve been hurting for months now and walking or standing makes it hurts 10x worse . I haven’t been aable to sleep , I’m up at 2am every morning . It’s all the way to my feet now and I’m going insane 😭😭

My daughter, my granddaughter walk on my lower back been doing this for a long time even when my daughter was young now she has her kids and they walk on my lower back. They tell me that I can feel you’re being intense when they’re stepping on me, I feel it too, but once they walk in place for about 20 minutes on my lower back, I have no problem for the next seven months or more.

I would suggest getting it looked at first before buying anything I thought mine was just sciatica but it wasn’t I had 3 slipped disc and just recently went into surgery
