wet reg temp water damp cloth, all over the body and between the armpits , belly, inner thighs. not cold freezing water not ice. cool the paw pads. shade or indoors and a ceiling fan on.

Or before they get to that point I like to get a towel wet on the walk back up from the river if I’m there bc this is the only time i need to so it helps keep them wet and cool and they’ll tell me when there not feeling it by nipping at it (got this advice from a vet)

People don’t understand owning these type of dogs they have a short fatigue span. Still love my boy but only the owners can understand.
