It could also be Idiopathic intracranial hypertension, I was diagnosed with migraines and IIH. You will need to see a Neuro-ophthalmologist. Not everyone knows about this condition.

I get these I now have Botox injections in my head to prevent the severity of migraines the vertigo /dizziness is horrible legs go like jelly and feel weak

I no longer drive do to this. I have no triggers it can come on suddenly and be very sever where I can't walk or even crawl across the floor. I have these pulsing waves of numbness and tingling throghout my entire body that happens every few seconds I usually have dissociation and derealization with it it can last hours sometimes days. When the severity isn't too bad I still have the feeling of being buzzed like after you drink. No medication seems to help that includes Botox.

me ha dado como 2 o 3 veces y es de terror no sabes que te está pasando sientes desesperación por que cada segundo que pasa va aumentando hasta que no puedes ver casi nada luego de unos minutos de pánico pensando que puede ser tu fin de desaparece y vez bien pero te queda un dolor de cabeza que parece que te la están apretando 😖

I feel every bit of this I now work from home and have special prescription glasses when I'm working to help with the nausea and headaches right now I'm battling neck pain and a mild headache
