With products that are meant to be washed off like the Naturium, make sure to leave on the skin for a couple of minutes to allow those ingredients to do their job. Otherwise you’re just washing the away before they have a chance to work properly

I have the worst hyperpigmentation on my armpit like it’s literally BLACK, same on my inner thighs too I’m so embarrassed and I don’t know what to use! Don’t have money for trial and error either so I started doing laser treatment to get rid of it (just once tho) I hope to be consistent and get it to a reasonable level before I can try products

Also if you’re using retinol and glycolic acid you have to alternate. One night use retinol, the next day use the glycolic acid, next day just moisturize then repeat. Best to do this in the winter only and be strict on sunscreen once summer comes

AmLactin cleared my thigh and leg eczema. It definitely stung a bit but I had to mix it with Vaseline lotion . Hyperpigmentation is gone !!!

must we use all three of the products or just one ? and do we need to add sunscreen to that, since most people recommend that retinal/retinol should be paired with them and if yes to the sunscreen than which body sunscreen do u recommend and if no then should we pair them with a moisturizer?
