@sarah.schoeberl: I said kids wouldn’t change me… I lied. Very vulnerable post for me, but I know there’s other moms like me out there #fyp #momlife #momtoks #bodychange #mombody
I’m 5 years postpartum and bigger now than I was pregnant. It’s so humiliating

It’s really hard sometimes. No amount of gym is going to move my ribs back into place, lift my breast or unstretch my belly.

Its the years of lack of sleep, high stress, not being able to eat regularly. My third made me feel like my body wasn’t my own

Just know you are not alone mama! Before having kids, I used to weigh 140 and I’m currently 220. I’m sorry for all the rude comments

Girl, I get it. I tried to do everything right during my pregnancy, but I still ended up gaining 80lb. And losing baby weight isn't like losing weight from a poor diet. Those lbs are stubborn! But your babies love you just the way you are. So when you look in the mirror, remember the safe and warm feeling your babies get from your hugs, rather than that voice in your head shaming you. 💛

I think it’s the lack of sleep and high cortisol and just the stress motherhood brings tbh I know that’s my problem. It’s tough being a mom

I think you’re beautiful and love your vulnerability! I’ve fluctuated with my weight sooo much over the years with 4 babies. But one things things never changed is the love and effort I’ve give my kids and I can see the same with you. You’re amazing and absolutely beautiful!

Love yourself anyways! This is a season and you’ll move to the next in time. Enjoy your babies while they are still growing up and find ways to take care of yourself, you strong, beautiful woman!

Girl I was you last year. I started walking every single morning at 6am 10-15k steps a day. That led to cleaner eating habits, etc. try walking!!

Honestly…I don’t think I’ll ever look remotely the same. 4 c sections sense 2020 and I’m about the have a 5th this year and it’s twins and I already look like I’m about to pop
