Since people can’t normalize posting ALL parts of a story, here is what happened………..she was arrested. Dad came and kept his sh*t together perfectly. Went to the station with her and after getting HER side, he had CCTV footage pulled from everywhere in the area and after seeing what ACTUALLY happened, he called his dad (her grandfather), who is a retired State Trooper and Sheriff. Case was dismissed in 3 months and cop was fired. Turns out he had a long history of excessive force complaints but due to a shortage of officers, each complaint only got him 48 hours of investigative leave. Dad also filed a lawsuit for $150,000 and is demanding more/better police training, trying to stop something like this from happening to anyone else.
