the problem is Sergeant mark is that people calling does not rise to the level as to erase Fourth amendment rights. you can want to know who you're talking to but you don't have the right to know who you're talking to. and I concerned effort to relieve him of his privacy in the form of an ID under the color of law is a crime. he doesn't have to tell you who he is don't care if you want to know or somebody's call and said you're suspicious none of that rises to the level of him being required to wave his fourth amendment rights.
