does anyone else find it easier to have eye contact when someone else is speaking but can’t look when I’m the one speaking ?

Are all these photos of you?? Because if so I just wanted to say you are absolutely gorgeous!! And so strong, I don’t struggle with autism but I know how hard it can be for others. Proud of you for staying strong and true to who you are without any shame 🙏

if you've got a racing mind or anxiety or adhd and feel stuck, please read Clear The Noise by Leona Vale. it did more for me than months of trying everything else ❤️

Just wanted to put this out here: I started driving with the expectation of being good, because I‘ve always been good at everything. Well I hated it. I sucked, everything was overwhelming and I didn’t understand what my driving teacher wanted from me. I left almost every class crying and stopped responding for 8 months at a time TWICE. The only reason I decided to pass my theoretical drivers test, was due to time limits of my application running out. I forced myself to do the classes back to back, so I’d finally be done from the torture and it ended up not making me cry every single class. Then, before the exam, I had a horrible lesson and cried again, yet somehow? I passed. I still didn’t like deiving but forced myself to do familiar routes, so I wouldnt lose the habit and now I have had tiny occasions in which I enjoyed driving. Still not always, but I managed, even tho I genuinely debated, if I was even cut out to pass this test. So if you recognise yourself in my words: you got this.

Omg so many of these affect me especially the oodie inside fabric. It literally causes me to shudder and have waves of tingling over my body. My other issue is noises like bottles rubbing against each other.

I’m so convinced I have autism. It’s been a thought in my head for years but never really expressed it. I’m already diagnosed with many things including ocd and adhd, but I match this video exactly. Maybe it’s just my ocd convincing me I am. Idrk😓

I'm currently trying to get an autism diagnosis and it's so hard especially as a girl and to make matters worse I have a chronic illness (pots and elher danlos) which has made me unable to even walk around outside without a wheelchair, it's so bad I haven't even been able to go to school for a whole year, but I've only recently realized how autism used to effect my life especially when I was younger, like I used to think I was strange or awkward but thanks to creators like you I've actually been able to accept myself and understand how autism affects me
