@snatched.anna: PMS intensity varies for every woman. Some girls will be more moody but not that hungry. Some will be more hungry but emotionally fine. And sometimes you get the full package: moody, hungry, emotional, tired… everything at once. And on top of that the devil will give you the worst bloat possible. What works best during this time is structuring your meals well. First, center your meals around protein so you stay fuller and more stable. Second, plan your treats. If you are craving something, it’s much better to satisfy that craving in a planned way than to end up in an unplanned binge. Also be gentle with yourself. This is not the week to be extremely strict. Eating slightly more the week before your period will not ruin your progress. What actually ruins progress is binge eating for three days in a row because you restricted too much before. If the binge happened, move on like nothing happened and just go back to your healthy habits. #weightlosscoach
