I see this is in Canada. I'm glad the police didn't violate the Canadian equivalent to the United States constitutional rights. they have a thing is called charter rights like the UK and other countries in the UK Commonwealth and they are not as strong as the United States Constitution and they don't have check and balance like we do where if the Supreme Court of the United States deemed something that's constitutional rights or unconstitutional the lower courts and law enforcement must go by the ruling or be sued for violating someone's rights. if this was in America the cameraman is exercising his first amendment rights I don't know what it's called in Canada.
