We don’t check the box marked outstanding on your evaluation because thats against policy, lets face it, there is always room for improvement. So, yes, you did and have been doing the work of 17 people for the last 10 months and being paid for 1, saving us a metric shitton of money. But we think you can do better, know what I mean?
