I don't know dude, I got dumped and I feel so many pain in my heart, my chest feels heavy. I even begged her, cried for her and yearn for her so she can reconsider the breakup but I guess the inevitable happened. we are now just friends but her, she doesn't feel what I feel, the sadness, the regret of not doing better... she is just fine with it and looks like happy too, she even had someone now, crazy that not even a day past by and she already have a new one, a crush that she keeps texting... kinda hard that she didn't even feel sad about it, and that I was easily replaceable. the time of me saying I will changed into the better and tell her how I feel about it while crying, she didn't care her response to me was like treating me like a nobody even though I did so much for her that I never really did get to experience myself... I hope she realize how good and pure my love for her, that even after she found someone I manage to forgive her and understand her on why she did this to me but never once in the end manage to forgive my mistakes and understand me....

Regret? It depends . It doesn’t matter who dump who. Its how you treated the person.. I initiated the break up,not because i didn’t have feelings anymore, it wasn’t a healthy relationship .😞

I was the one who got dumped. At first I thought it was just a dream, then I sta6rt living like a zombie, had no appetite and did not sleep for days and night, literally I don't know what to do, until I decided that I will accept it and live my life again, it's been 3 months now from the break up, I'm not totally okay and healed but at least I'm living again and try to build my self again, and reconnect with God

He keeps breaking my no contact rule but sometimes l respond after a day or 2 or not even…. I feel with the plain texts he trys to get and start a conversation with me but the no contact rule has, really helped me to move forward and stay focused to me because regardless the disrespect is still loud and l don’t think he will change so I’ve got to keep going and I’m happy that he always reaches out and he now sees l am nolonger that type of ghal who used to beg, chase him and plead for him anymore…….sometimes self awareness is very important and yes l am at peace with myself…. I will continue to choose me and my peace of mind everyday because l deserve better 🙏🏻🙏🏻
