You know we can’t really shift… right? I study psicology and that is just a real lucid dreaming. If you want me to explain better to you I’ll make a part two in my replies but you have to ask me bc it’s complicated and now I don’t have so much time (I actually have to go back to studying for my exam ahahah) so yeah it’s just our mind and it’s cool but you can’t shift to another reality. You make it up and it’s in your mind and it feel so real bc it is like a vivid dream. Your brain can be so misterious and it can be soooo good and visualizing imagines and make it feel real!
