❤️❤️A Tip!
These arm movements definatly work. However, being in the Fitness Industry for over 12 years, these movements must be done slower especially when dealing with free weights. While watching your posture and form in the mirror, you target each of these muscles groups by using these various arm movements. Rember to breath in to prepare, breath out to extend. The tempo of each exercise is slower and there is a 2 second pause before and after each rep. Why? Because you are dealing with desired pounds in weight. The slower the reps using the 2 second pause, the more you call upon the muscle to do the work gaining more strength and endurance. The faster the reps is just momentum it can cause injury, and will not bring out the best results in body building. Rather, when you concentrate on each muscle group correctly and safely, 2 second paue, slow it down, you build more strength. Never take your off your body, stay focused, and always watch your form. If you are looking for long lean muscles, then each muscle in the human body must have full extention in and out, up and down or side to side with a 2 second hold. For example: A Bicep Curl, slowly pull in hold, then fully stretch out with a 2 second pause to prepare for the next rep. There is a rethym to this style find yours. Pull Ups on the bar, slow it down. Pull up and hold, then slowely lower yourself with a full extention and pause to prepare the muscle to engage, then pull youself up slowely by totally relying on your body wieght and muscles to pull yourself back up for the next rep. You may be surprised as to how many reps, you can achieve. But remember, it's never about how many reps one can do, it's about properly acheiving, building, shaping, and contouring a strong and beautiful shaped body from head to toe...💙
